POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ARE CONSENTING

What information we use
and how we use it:
Read phone status and
identity
This permission allows CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS to recognize an incoming / outgoing call and to switch between
the User System interface and call interface or announces / shows the caller
name while some one is calling,
Read your text messages
(SMS or MMS)
We do not save or
upload your messages. We use this permission to read your text messages when
you use an application that requests this permission.
Take pictures and
videos
This permission allows CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS to use your device’s camera to take photos / videos and turn
ON/OFF Camera Flash. We do not save or upload your photos/videos.
Approximate location
(network-based)
This permission allows CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS to identify and display your location on map or apps installed
by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on users’
location. This information is untraceable.
Read your contacts
CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS
does not save or upload your contacts.
Read calendar events
plus confidential information
This information is
used only in the CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS to remind you of your latest calendar
events. We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.
Modify or delete the
contents of your USB storage
This permission allows CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS to delete app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their
SD card.
Read the contents of
your USB storage
This permission allows CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS to view app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their SD
card.
Set an alarm
This permission allows
users to access the device's alarm through CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS.
Find accounts on the
devices
CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS
does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. CHABA
SOURCE TECH APPS only detects whether users have a Google account linked with
the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users
with appropriate application download and update methods.
Read Google service
configuration
This information is
used to acquire advertising ID. CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS provide users with
better advertising service by using such anonymous ID.
Change network
connectivity
This permission is used
in some of CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to change/check network
connectivity.
Connect and disconnect
from Wi-Fi
This permission is used
in some of CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS n order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.
Full network access
This permission is used
to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving update
notifications or accessing app classification labels.
View network
connections
This permission is used
in CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to view network connections.
View Wi-Fi connections
This permission is used
in CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.
Access Bluetooth
settings
This permission is used
in CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to turn on and off the Bluetooth.
Pair with Bluetooth
devices
This permission is used
in CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to pair with Bluetooth devices.
Adjust your wallpaper
size
This permission allows
users to crop CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS wallpaper to the desired size.
Set wallpaper
This permission allows
users to set a selected CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS image as their wallpaper.
Measure app storage
space
This permission is used
to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.
Modify system settings
This permission is used
in CHABA SOURCE TECH APPS, in order to switch or adjust ringtone, vibration and
brightness level of the screen.
Storage
Some of our
apps requests permission to access the phone’s storage only in order to store or
read files that you want storing or reading from your device by one of our apps.
Our apps
does not access any other files nor excess user’s photos.
Recording Call - Microphone
We do not
hold any recordings or user information on our own servers.
The app “Call
Recorder by chaba source tech ” records phone calls. All recorded calls are
recorded on the phone using the microphone on the device. The recorded files
and related notes are stored on the phone’s storage and NO server is involved
with recording phone calls. The recorded calls are not stored on our own server
and can only be stored locally.
What information we collect
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to
provide you with a safe, efficient and customized experience and to provide you
with Services and features that better meet your needs or requests.
1. Personal Information
We do NOT collect any Personal Information about
you. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable
information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar
entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.
2. Non-Personal Information
We collect non-personal information about your use
of our Apps and aggregated information regarding the usages of the Apps.
"Non-Personal Information" means information that is of an
anonymous nature, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile
devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile
operating system, and information about the way you use
the Applications.
How we use your information we collect
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect and use Personal Information in
any way.
2. Non-personal Information.
Generally non-personal information is used
internally to monitor and improve the Services, to perform analyses of the
behavior of our users, to measure user demographics and interests, to describe
our services to third parties such as advertisers and to analyze how and
where best to use our resources. We do not combine Non-Personal Information
with Personal Information.
How we share the information we collect
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect and share Personal Information in
any way.
2. Non-personal information.
We accept advertisements from Third Parties ad
networks which may be displayed in our Apps. We may share certain information
with third-party advertisers, ad networks and ad platforms
("Advertising Entities") to develop and deliver targeted
advertising in the Apps. We may also allow Advertising Entities to collect
non-personal information within the Services which they may share with us,
including your device identifier, device type, device brand, device model,
network type, device language, and IP address. Advertising entities may also
collect non-personal information related to the performance of the
advertisements, such as how many times an advertisement is shown, how long an
advertisement is viewed, and any click-throughs of an advertisement.
Links to third-party websites and services
The Apps may contain links to other websites and
online services, including third-party advertisements. If you choose to click
through to one of these other websites or online services, please note
that any information you may provide will be subject to the privacy policy
and other terms and conditions of that websites or service, and not to this
Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites or services, and
the fact that a link to such a website or service appears in the Apps does not
mean that we endorse them or have approved their policies or practices relating
to user information. Before providing any information to any third-party
website or service, we encourage you to review the privacy policy and other
terms and conditions of that website or service. You agree that Chaba Source
Tech will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party
website or service that you provide information to, including their collection
and handling of that information.

Google
Admob: Our android application includes some ads displayed with Google

Compliance with laws and law enforcement
Chaba Source Tech reserves the right to share your
information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order
to: (1) conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal
process served upon us; (2) protect or defend our legal rights or property
(3) investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected
fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety
of any person or violations of the terms and conditions of using our Apps
and Services.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Chaba Source Tech may, in its sole discretion, change this
Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here
and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy
Policy, so please review it periodically.
